ARTICLE  SAṄGHĀDISESA  (INCREASING) NINE.

[566] at that time, Buddha World Religion dwell in the city of Rājagaha, Veḷuvana, where nurturing the squirrel. At that time, Mettiya and Bhummajaka bhikkhus while walking down from Mount Gijjhakūṭa saw the male goat confessing to the female goat, after seeing this saying:

Hey, great virtues, we now name this male goat Dabba Mallaputta and name this goat Bhikkhu khưu ni Mettiyā, then we will say something like this: " Great virtues, before we talk about Dabba Mallaputta due to hearing; now we have found that the person in love with the  Bhikkhu khưu ni Mettiyā . " They named the male goat Dabba Mallaputta and named the female goat Bhikkhu khưu ni Mettiyā. They told the bhikkhus:

Hey, great virtue, before we talked about Dabba Mallaputta because we have heard; Now we have seen the person in love with the Bhikkhu khưu ni Mettiyā.

The Bhikkhu khưu said like this:

Hey, great virtues, don't say that. Venerable Dabba Mallaputta will not do so.

After that, the Bhikkhu khưu had that incident up to Germany World Religion. At that time, the Blessed One took advantage of that fact and gathered the Bhikkhu khưu assembly and asked Venerable Dabba Mallaputta:

-Dabba, do you remember who was acting like what the Bhikkhu khưu had just said?

- Bach himself, how did the Blessed One know that well.

To the second, Germany World Religion ... (as above) ...

By the third time, the Blessed One asked Venerable Dabba Mallaputta that:

-Dabba, do you remember who was acting like what the Bhikkhu khưu had just said?

- Bach himself, how did the Blessed One know that well.

Hey Dabba, the (lineage) Dabba doesn't deny that. If you do, say, " Do ;" If you don't do it, say, " Don't do it ."

- Sir, from the time I was born, I never saw myself as a bridge-seeker even during sleep, let alone awakening.

Then the Blessed One told the bhikkhus:

-The khưu, Bhikkhu then you question the Bhikkhu khưu.

Saying that, the Blessed One stood up from his seat to go to the residence.

Later, the Bhikkhu khưu had interrogated the Bhikkhu khưu group Mettiya and Bhummajaka. While being interrogated by the Bhikkhu khưu, they recounted the incident to the Bhikkhu khưu.

Hey, great virtues, do you grasp some small facts that belong to the dispute with different relations and then defame the great virtue Dabba Mallaputta on the crime of  pārājika ?

- Hey virtue, yes.

The Bhikkhu khưu low libido, ... (as above) ..., they complain, criticize, decry that:

-Why the Bhikkhu khưu group Mettiya and Bhummajaka again grab some small event belongs to the dispute with a different relationship then smear the great virtue Dabba Mallaputta on the crime of  pārājika ?

The Buddha World Religion rebuked that:

Hey, foolish people, why do you take some small facts belonging to the dispute with a different relationship then smear Dabba Mallaputta on the crime of  pārājika  ? Hey folks, this thing does not bring faith to those who don't have faith, ... (as above) ... And hey, bhikkhus, you should spread this learning like this: " Any Bhikkhu who is evil, angry, discontent (Bhikkhu) and takes hold of some small fact that belongs to a dispute that has a different and tainted relationship with pārājika (thinking): 'Sure is that we can remove him from this virtue. ' Then at another time, whether or not the question was asked, and that argument was a completely different relationship, some minor fact was seized, and the bhikkhu (whatever) confessed the mistake. (also) guilty saṅghādisesa (Sangha).

[567] Any  taste : is any taste ... (as above) ...

Bhikkhu khưu : ... (as above) ... This position is " the Bhikkhu khưu " mentioned in this sense.

Bhikkhu khưu : is the Bhikkhu khưu other.

[570] What is a dispute with the same relationship (tabbhāgiyaṃ) to the dispute? A dispute involving a dispute is related to the dispute involving a dispute. Litigation related to reprimand is the same relation to the litigation related to the reprimand. Litigation involving a crime may be related, it may be a separate relationship to the dispute involving a crime.

What is a dispute involving a crime with a distinct relationship to a dispute involving a crime? The pārājika crime   of having a couple has a different relationship to the pārājika crime   of theft, to the pārājika crime   of murder, to the crime of  pārājika  about the legal person. The crime of  pārājika  on theft is related differently to the crime of  pārājika  on murder, to the crime of  pārājika  on the legal entity, to the crime of  pārājika  on the couple. The crime of  pārājika  on murder is having a distinct relationship to the crime of  pārājika  on the dharma master , towards the crime of  pārājika about the couple, for pārājika crime   of theft. The crime of  pārājika  on the dharma master is to have a different relation to the pārājika crime   of the couple, to the pārājika crime   of theft, to the crime of  pārājika  about murder. Thus, litigation involving sin is distinctly related to the litigation related to sin.

What is a dispute involving a crime with the same relationship with a dispute involving a crime? The pārājika crime   of having a couple is having the same relationship with  pārājika  about being a couple. The crime of  pārājika  on theft is having the same relation with the pārājika crime   of theft. The pārājika crime   of murder is having the same relationship with the pārājika crime   of murder. The crime of  pārājika  on the dharma person is the same relationship with the pārājika crime   of the dharma person. So is the litigation related to the crime has the same relationship with the dispute related to the crime.

A dispute related to a task is related to a dispute related to a task.

So the dispute has the same relation to the dispute.

[571]  Take a small fact : small things mean ten small things: little things about origin, little things about names, little things about family, little things about special things point, the little thing about offense, the little thing about the bowl, the little thing about clothes, the little thing about the priest, the little thing about the teacher, the little thing about the shelter.

[572]  The small thing about the origin  means that the (khattiya) -holes (khattiya) are found to be committing crimes  pārājika , and then seeing the other (origin) -poles -ties is forced guilty that: " You are the (origin) -pole-guilty guilty pārājika was seen, you are not a monk, you are not a Buddhist, with you no longer Uposatha, Pavāraṇā, or is the action of the assemblies too ”then guilty  saṅghādisesa  ( Sangha ) according to each word.

[592] at that time, Buddha World Religion dwell in the city of Rājagaha, Vel, uvana, where nurturing the squirrel. At that time, Devadatta went to Kokālika, Kaṭamorakatissaka son of Khaṇḍadevī, and Samuddadatto; Come and told Kokālika, Kaṭamorakatissaka son of Khaṇḍadevī, and Samuddadatto this:

- Hey virtue, go. We will conduct the split division of Gotama Sa-congregation, ie the division of leadership.

When told like that, Kokālika told Devadatta this:

-This great Germany, Sa-keeper Gotama really has great power, has great power. How will we proceed with the split division of Gotama Sa-congregation, ie the division of leadership?

- Hey virtue, go. We will go to Gotama and ask for five things: "Bach himself, the Blessed One was a person who praised little desire, self-knowing, exclusion, renunciation, rejoicing, mitigation, and effort in many ways. Bach himself, these are the five events that lead to less desire, sufficient self-awareness, exclusion, renunciation, rejoicing, mitigation, and effort in many ways. Bach himself, rather the Bhikkhu khưu should be the ones living in the forest for the rest of their life; whoever dwells in the village, then he will sin. For a lifetime beggars; whoever is happy to invite him, then he will sin. For the rest of their lives, they wear robes (sewed) with discarded cloths, and those who rejoice in their homeowners, then commit a crime. For the rest of their lives, you live in a tree; would any person go to the roof then he sinned. For a lifetime do not eat meat fish; whoever eats fish meat, he will be guilty. " Gotama will not allow these five incidents. And here we will announce to the public about these five incidents.

Hey, great virtue, with these five things it is possible to conduct the split assemblies of Sa-keeper Gotama, ie the division of leadership. Hey great virtue, because people have faith with asceticism.

[593] After that, Devadatta and the other faction went to see the Blessed One, after having paid homage to the Blessed One and sat down on one side. When sat down on one side, Devadatta said to the Blessed One:

- Bach himself, the Blessed One was a person who praised little desire, self-knowing, deduction, renunciation, rejoicing, mitigation, and effort in many ways. Bach himself, these are the five events that lead to less desire, sufficient self-awareness, exclusion, renunciation, rejoicing, mitigation, and effort in many ways. Bach himself, rather the Bhikkhu khưu should be the ones living in the forest for the rest of their life; whoever dwells in the village, then he will sin. For a lifetime beggars; whoever is happy to invite him, then he will sin. For the rest of their lives, they wear robes (sewed) with discarded cloths, and those who rejoice in their homeowners, then commit a crime. For the rest of their lives, you live in a tree; would any person go to the roof then he sinned. For a lifetime do not eat meat fish; whoever eats fish meat, he will be guilty.

- Hey Devadatta, stop it. Whoever wants to become a living in the forest; If you want, you can live in the village. Anybody wants to, then become a beggar; Anybody wants to be happy to invite. Any position would like to be a y (sewed) cloth to be thrown away; Any position would like it, then the wedding Festival owner. Hey Devadatta, we allowed the shelter to be a tree for eight months. Fish meat is pure with three conditions: " No seeing, no listening, and no doubt ."

[594] At that time, Devadatta (knowing that): " The Blessed One does not allow these five things ," should be happy, excited with the wing from the seat to stand up, pay homage to the Blessed One, direct the right shoulder noise around, then leave.

Afterwards, Devadatta and his team went to Rājagaha to announce to the people about the five events:
