ARTICLE  PĀRĀJIKA  FOUR:

[26] at that time, the Buddha World Religion dwell in Sāvatthi, Jetavana, monasteries of Anāthapiṇḍika. At the time, the Bhikkhu khưu ni group Lu Professor infected desire to enjoy the grasp of the arm of the man infected with desire, enjoy the cross-grasping of the cloak (of the male), standing together, chatting, walking go to the dating site, enjoy the visit of the man, go into the hidden place, close to the body for that purpose is for the purpose of doing that bad thing. [6]  Bhikkhu khưu ni less desire, ... (as above) ..., the nuns complain, criticize, decry that:

-Why the Bhikkhu khưu ni group of Professor Luc desires to enjoy the grasp of the arm of the man who has lust, enjoy the embrace of the cross (of the male), standing together, chatting, going to dating place, enjoying the visit of the man, going into the obscure place, close to the body for the purpose of which is the purpose of doing that bad thing?

...(as above)...

Hey khưu, heard the Bhikkhu khưu ni Luc Su group infected desire to enjoy the grasp of the arms of men infected with desire, enjoy the cross-grasping cloak (of men), standing together, games things, going to the dating place, enjoying the visit of the man, going into the obscure place, close to the body for that purpose is for the purpose of doing that bad thing, isn't it?

- White World Religion, that's right.

The Buddha World Religion rebuked that:

-The Bhikkhu khưu, why the Bhikkhu khưu ni group Lu Professor infected desire to enjoy the grasp of the arms of men infected with desire, enjoy the grasp of the cloak (of men), standing together, chatting, going to the dating place, enjoying the visit of the man, going to the hidden place, close to the body for that purpose is the purpose of doing that bad thing? The Bhikkhu khưu, this incident does not bring confidence to those who do not have faith, ... (as above) ... And the Bhikkhu khưu, the Bhikkhu khưu ni please spread this learning like this: "Any bhikkhunis who have lust for the pleasure of taking the arm of the man who has desire, or enjoying the cross-grasping of the robes (of the male), or standing together, or chatting, or going to the meeting place dating, or enjoying the visit of a man, or going into a place of concealment, or adjacent to the body for the purpose of doing that bad thing, this nun is also a criminal pārājika, not being a co-resident, is a woman involved in eight events.

[27]  Which nuns : any nuns ... (as above) ...

Bhikkhu khưu ni : ... (as above) ... this nuns are " Bhikkhu khưu ni " mentioned in this sense.

(Female) infected with desire  means a woman who has desire, has desire, has attachment.

(Male) infected with desire  means a man who has desire, has desire, has attachment.

The male  means the male, not male yaks, not male ghosts, not male animals, has knowledge, is able to make physical contact.

Or enjoy the grasp of the arm : the arm means the elbow to the tip of the nail. For the purpose of doing that bad thing, the nun enjoys taking up from the collarbone (at the neck) upward and the knees down to sin  thullaccaya  (felony).

Or delight in the grasping of the cloak : For the purpose of doing that bad thing, the nun is interested in grasping either the lower cloak or the upper cloak is guilty of  thullaccaya  (felony).

Or stand together : For the purpose of doing that bad thing, the nun standing in the reach  of the male [7] is guilty of  thullaccaya  (serious sin).

Or talk : For the purpose of doing things that are not good, nuns stand talking in the reach of the male, the crime of  thullaccaya  (felony).

Or go to the dating place : For the purpose of doing that bad thing, the nun goes to the place where the name (like this) is spoken by the male who commits a  dukkaṭa  (evil effect) with every step, when in the reach of the male, the offender  thullaccaya  (serious crime).

Or delight in a man's visit : For the purpose of doing that bad thing, the nun relishes the visit of a man who commits a  dukkaṭa  (evil), when he is within the reach of his the male is guilty of  thullaccaya  (serious crime).

Or go into the obscure place : For the purpose of doing that bad thing, once inside the place is covered by anything, then sin  thullaccaya  (serious crime).

Or close to the body for that purpose : For the purpose of doing that bad thing, the nun standing in the reach of the male next to the body is guilty of  thullaccaya  (serious crime).

[28]  This nun is also mentioned to be related to previous nuns.

As a criminal  pārājika : just like the palm tree cut at the top of the tree cannot grow anymore; Similarly, Bhikkhu khưu ni when doing all eight things is no longer a female sa-keeper, not like women; hence the name " is a criminal pārājika ."

No co-residence : The co-residence means having the same practice, the same recitation (the precepts of  Pātimokkha ), the same learning, that is called the co- existence . The nun does not have that, so is called " not co-residing ."

[29] Unintentionally, the nun is forgetful, the nun is unaware, the nun is not interested, the nun is crazy, the nun has a disturbed mind, the nun is miserable, the nuns are violating his head. Fairy is innocent.

[30] Bach Chu great virtue ni, eight things  pārājika [8]  has been recited. The Bhikkhu khưu ni violates something or that belongs to these things, it does not have the co-existence with the Bhikkhu khưu ni, [9]  how the latter is so; (nuns) are nuns  pārājika  not be resident.

Among these things, I asked the great monks and nuns, "Surely you are pure in this matter?"

The second time, I asked: Surely you are pure in this matter?

To the third time, I asked: Surely you are pure in this matter?

The great virtue is pure new silent. I acknowledge this is so.

End of Chapter  Pārājika .

[1] Migāranattā : at first we understood in writing that Sāḷha was the great-grandson of Mrs. Visākhā, but Buddhaghosa explained that the middle word had been removed so it was necessary to understand: " Migāramātuyā pana nattā hoti " means grandson (internal or external) of Migāramātā ie bā Visākhā.

[2]  Counting the Bhikkhu khưu ni violated four  pārājika  of Bhikkhu khưu should be called the previous nuns (according to Buddhaghosa's explanation).

[3]  The question of whether the bhikkhuni or the male object is the creator really confused us. The translation by Miss IB Horner clearly states that the bhikkhuni is the person who touches and strokes the male body. We have examined paragraph [1, 2] in many aspects: grammar, context, idioms and determined that the above actions are male. As in the story, Bhikkhu khưu ni Sundarīnandā only receives and consents (sādiyati) action from the object instead of performing (samāpajjati), comparing " purisapuggal assa  kāyasaṃsaggaṃ " and " mātugām ena  saddhiṃ kāyasaṃsaggaṃ, " and conditioning samadhi also uses the word  siyiyeyya (agree, accept, enjoy, ...); If the Bhikkhu khưu ni is the creator, the verbs that will be used must be  āmaseyya ,  parāmaseyya , etc. when it comes to this type of language. Mr. Buddhaghosa explained that the Bhikkhu khưu ni touched the body of a man or agreed that a man touching his body would be equally guilty depending on the position on the body. Thus, the above sentence can be understood in two ways. And this provision should understand both aspects, the Bhikkhu khưu ni consent actions of men or nuns themselves perform the above actions. We follow Buddhaghosa's explanation that we should use the words "you" and "(the object)," readers should understand in both ways.

[4] Ekato avassute : when one party is full of lust. Ms. IB Horner translated that the person who took the action was the bhikkhuni. At this point, grammar also does not specify gender. Mr. Buddhaghosa explained as stated above. We would like to analyze further as follows: Where the Bhikkhu khưu ni infected with desire and initiative, guilty according to regulations; In the case of a man who has sexual desire touches the body of a Bhikkhu khưu ni, if the Bhikkhu khưu ni does not consent, he does not commit a crime according to the section [11] below. From  avassute  is understood as nouns from nouns, neutral characteristics, defining characteristics, singular. (In [1,2] it may be thought that the bhikkhuni plays a passive role, but from section [3] onwards, though not clearly defined in grammar, it is the active role of the bhikkhuni. expressed in context; perhaps this is the point for Ms. IB Horner to determine her translation). We chose Buddhaghosa's explanation for covering all possible situations in this case

[5] Asatiyā : a lost nun means the mind is busy thinking about other things,  ajānantiyā : the nun does not know if this is a man or a woman (Buddhaghosa's explanation).

[6]  According to Buddhaghosa, it is not good to talk about physical contact (kāyasaṃsagga) rather than the practice of the couple (methunadhamma).

[7] Hatthapāsa : reach, with a length of about 1.25 meters.

[8]  Bhikkhu khưu ni must uphold the four things  pārājika  has been prescribed for Bhikkhu khưu known as general provisions and four specific provisions are presented here; thus, a total of 8 things  pārājika .

[9]  According to Buddhaghosa, he no longer attended  Uposatha ,  Pavāraṇā ceremonies , recitation of the precepts of  Pātimokkha , and the actions of assemblies (saṅghakamma).END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.17/6/2020.
