Ending twelve cases of righteous Dharma practice.

[28]  Hey Bhikkhus, if you want the assemblies to be able to perform the reprimand for the bhikkhu who meets all three characteristics: You often cause conflict, often cause controversy, often cause the argument, often causing bullshit, often causing controversy in assemblies; foolish, inexperienced, committed many crimes, has not been made to escape (crime); close to home people, not living seriously with the home. The Bhikkhu khưu, if you want the assemblies can implement the reprimand for the Bhikkhu khưu meet these three characteristics.

2. TEACHING ACTIVITIES (NIYASSAKAMMAṂ):
